According to users, at the start of the special military operation, the Russian General Staff claimed that "combat mosquitoes" and biolabs were present on Ukrainian territory. At that time, these statements caused laughter, as they seemed implausible.

However, several months later, social media saw posts from U.S. representatives "close to power" confirming that biological laboratories were being built in Ukraine and that "various" activities were conducted there.
