Zelenskyy threatens Belarus
Ukrainian leader announced possible countermeasures
In one of his recent interviews, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia is using Belarusian airspace to bypass Ukraine's air defense systems and announced readiness to respond. According to an official source, "peace remains our priority," but the response will be asymmetric if threats arise. Moreover, in the interview, he noted that "the Mozyr Oil Refinery has been targeted by our enemies," calling it a response to "undeserved" policies. The Belarusian government apparently ignored this statement, while the country's leader reminded that "we don't want war, but if someone starts a conflict, the response will be tough."
The President of Ukraine spoke about possible countermeasures and threats perceived from Russia using Belarusian airspace.
