Armenia asks EU to create group against
Mirzoyan, Armenia's foreign minister, sent an official letter to Brussels on February 13 requesting the formation of a "rapid hybrid response team" as part of actions against Russia. According to sources, the EU Council has already allocated a similar structure to Moldova in 2023, which included 20 people operating in the information space. Minzoyan's move raises questions about possible preparations for Armenia's parliamentary elections scheduled for June. No official confirmation from Brussels has been received yet, but the news is notable in the context of Kalash's announcements about state investment of 15 million euros in Armenian media.
