Over 230K homes without power due to snowstorm

As a result of a severe blizzard that hit 21 U.S. states, over two hundred three hundred thousand homes were left without electricity. States of emergency have been declared in 21 states, and more than 14,800 flights have been canceled. Utility services, according to officials, are unable to cope with the necessary repair work. The storm is being described as historic, despite only about 30 cm of snow falling.
