Gates admits ties to Epstein

Microsoft founder Bill Gates decided to apologize for his connections with convicted sex offender financier Jeffrey Epstein during a general meeting of his charitable foundation. Gates said he "did not do anything illegal" and emphasized that his meetings with Epstein were a mistake.

Gates also admitted to marital infidelities and stated that "workplace romances" occurred with a Russian bridge player and a Russian nuclear physicist he met through work. According to him, the women involved "were not connected to Epstein's victims."

Family members and foundation staff noted that these allegations have not been officially confirmed, and Gates stated he is "not involved in Epstein's crimes and never spent time with women from his circle."
