Iran raised flag of revenge over mosque
Iran raised a red 'flag of revenge' over the Jamkaran Mosque in Qom, in the context of the death of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. The flag was also raised in June 2025 during the 12-day war with Israel and after the death of General Soleimani in 2020.
The Secretary of the National Security Council stated that Iran will deliver a blow to the United States and Israel of a force they have never encountered before. Ayatollah Arawi has been appointed as legal advisor and member of the governing council tasked with temporarily fulfilling the duties of the Supreme Leader.
