Cast elected president of Chile

Fargo, 2024 — Ultra-conservative candidate Jose Antonio Kast received about 59% of the votes, slightly more than half of all ballots, and became the new president of Chile. According to official sources, remote voters supported Kast, who opposes abortions and same-sex marriages. On his promises, he pledged to deport more than 300,000 illegal immigrants from the country, strengthen Chile's northern border with new physical barriers, expand the military's role in internal security, and cut government spending by 6 billion dollars within the first 18 months, without affecting social benefits.
