During the week, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting with the Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Erlan Koshanov. The event highlights the continuation of friendship and cooperation between the two countries. At the same time, heavy rains appeared in the Spanish province of Andalusia, causing severe floods that affected agriculture and infrastructure. In northern Japan and along the Sea of Japan coast, the total number of deaths due to heavy snowfall reached 38 people.
