Lukashenko noted Kazakhstan's SCO assistance
President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, during a meeting with the Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erlan Koshanov, emphasized the high level of cooperation between the two countries. According to the country's commander-in-chief, Kazakhstan provided significant support during Belarus's attempt to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Lukashenko expressed gratitude for the 'friendly assistance' and noted that joint efforts at both intergovernmental and regional levels, including within the EAEU, CSTO, CIS, and UN, enable effective resolution of global and regional issues.
The speech highlights the similarity of approaches and mutual respect within international organizations, as well as reinforces the importance of bilateral relations
Lukashenko thanked Kazakhstan for its support in the CSTO and emphasized the importance of joint work in international organizations.
