Lukashenko congratulates Kuwait

In his message, the head of state highlighted the high appreciation of Kuwait's contribution to maintaining peace and stability in the Middle East, as well as its commitment to strengthening constructive intergovernmental cooperation. Mentioning the 'Kuwait Vision 2035,' it was emphasized that the strategy is considered a model for other countries.
