Lukashenko congratulates To Lam

On behalf of his people and personally, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated To Lam on his re-election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In his message, the president noted the unanimous decision of the CPV, confirming the party's swift work and emphasizing confidence in the country's successful economic and social development under To Lam's leadership. Lukashenko expressed hope that the decisions made at the 14th CPV Congress would strengthen Vietnam's international authority, and also proposed intensifying and expanding bilateral cooperation between Belarus and Vietnam. Within the congratulations, the president mentioned the possibility of To Lam's visit to Belarus and expressed hope for further dialogue on bilateral and multilateral agenda issues.
