Lukashenko sends condolences to Pakistan

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, in solidarity with Pakistan, expressed condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif over the terrorist attack at the Islamada mosque, in which citizens were killed and injured. In his message, the head of state emphasized the deep sorrow of the Belarusian people, expressed confidence that the perpetrators would be punished, and reaffirmed Belarus's firm support for Pakistan in countering terrorism and religious extremism. Lukashenko also called to convey words of support to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
