Lukashenko meets with Venezuela's ambassador
New steps in strengthening Minsk-Caracas cooperation
Minsk, November 20 – amid close cooperation between Minsk and Caracas, Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Venezuela to Russia. The meeting discussed the development of bilateral cooperation, noting that dialogue with the Czech ambassador continues the policies of Hugo Chavez, while the actions of Nicolas Maduro maintain previous priorities. According to Lukashenko, despite the great distance, mutual understanding and shared interests of the countries' leaders contribute to strengthening cooperation
