Iran refused to discuss missiles
Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi categorically rejected the possibility of negotiations on the country's missile program, stating that "the missile issue is not up for discussion either now or in the future—it is a matter of national defense." The minister also noted that the date for the second round of consultations between Tehran and Washington has not yet been determined. According to Araghchi, any discussions on missile issues could only arise within the framework of the country's internal national defense process.
According to sources, Iran continues to develop its missile capabilities but has not yet announced any open agreements with the West on arms reduction negotiations.
Iran's foreign minister stated that the country's missile program is not up for discussion, and the date for further consultations with Washington remains unclear.
