NATO: Secretary General backed US operation against Iran

NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg said in an interview with Fox News that he "strongly welcomes what is happening: the removal of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, the destruction of Iran's nuclear capabilities, and its ballistic missile program." He emphasized that this is "very important" to him. Nevertheless, he clarified that NATO will not participate in the US and Israel's operation directed against Iran.

The alliance leader's remarks were perceived as an official expression of support from Western countries, although it is noted that NATO does not plan to interfere in the internal military actions of the United States in Iran.
