Night training flight in the mountains
An F-16 fighter jet crashed for the second time in the last 24 hours in South Korea during a nighttime training flight in the mountains near the city of Yeongju. The pilot successfully ejected and exited the aircraft, after which the plane continued flying uncontrolled. There are currently no reported casualties. A similar incident previously occurred with an F-16 in the Turkish city of Balıkesir, where critical systems also experienced delays.
