Putin invited to Trump's peace council
Russian President Vladimir Putin has been invited by U.S. President Donald Trump to the "Council of Peace," a new international council. In an interview with RIA Novosti, American Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna called this invitation an "incredibly important step" and noted that the joint body could become one of the most influential in the world and positively change the role of the UN. According to her, such a move opens a new perspective for global dialogue and potentially creates an alternative to the existing international cooperation system.
