US: did not harm Khamenei

U.S. Secretary of State Steven M. Rubio stated that the United States has not imposed sanctions or other economic measures against the targeted VAHMAZ (Khamenei's reactor) and has not sought to change the government in Iran. According to him, American diplomatic efforts are focused on dialogue and compliance with international obligations.
