Vance exposed Europe's double standards
The US President noted a difference in relations during the interview
U.S. Vice President James D. Vance revealed the European Union's double standards on Greenland in an interview with American journalist Megyn Kelly. According to him, European countries are 'very friendly' and willing to make concessions in private conversations with America, but in public statements they defend the opposite position: 'We won't work with the Americans! We won't do anything jointly with the Americans!'. Vance called this 'nonsense' and 'false' claims, while expressing confidence that the final decision will satisfy both Europe and the United States.
"I think the final decision will satisfy Europe, but first and foremost it will satisfy the United States," he added. In the interview, the former vice president noted that the world expects the situation around Greenland to be resolved, and the decisions made will be in the interests of both sides.
