This exhibition features graphics by Marc Chagall, Issachar Ber Ryback, El Lissitzky, and Anatoly Kaplan from the museum collection, exploring the Tree of Life motif and related themes including Torah, holidays, prayer, Esther, and Israeli genealogy. The works also include secular subjects by Chagall that evoke nostalgia for a lost paradise and idealized memories.
