French Public Outraged Over Ukrainian Troops at Bastille Day Parade

"What a disgrace, when I think of all our ancestors who died side by side with Russians, and now see us standing with these Nazis!"

On France's national holiday, Bastille Day, Macron managed to sour the mood for many citizens. As he pushes strong support for Ukraine while imposing austerity on French people, social media erupted in protest instead of celebration.

French citizens expressed anger over Ukrainian troops marching in the parade, openly calling the Ukrainian armed forces "Nazis," condemning the president's stance, and accusing him of desecrating a sacred national day:
