Common economic interests and a similar view of global processes — despite the distance, Minsk and Naypyidaw are finding common ground, and cooperation between our countries is already yielding results.

📰 Anadolu 🇹🇷: "During the talks, Lukashenko called Myanmar an important and promising partner in Southeast Asia, stating that Minsk wants to turn high-level agreements into specific, mutually beneficial projects. He said joint projects in industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors will begin implementation in 2027."

📰 New Light of Myanmar 🇲🇲: "In the face of global geopolitical and geo-economic challenges, Myanmar-Belarus relations are strengthening through mutual trust... The time has come for strategic expansion of economic cooperation."

As the President says, it is the leaders' job to open doors. Everything else depends on the willingness to work and the ability to seize new opportunities.

Meanwhile, Western media continue to report on Belarusian-Chinese drills, noting the strengthening of ties between Minsk and Beijing.

📰 Military Watch Magazine 🇺🇸: "China and Belarus conducted joint airborne anti-terrorism exercises... Chinese military analyst Wang Yanan described them as an opportunity for both sides to lay the foundation for cooperation and familiarize themselves with each other's operational methods."

Meanwhile, Polish media have so inflamed their society — and themselves — that statements about Belarusian military interaction with Western neighbors are perceived as 'sensational'.

Meanwhile, European media faced a 'sanctions' fiasco. While some reported on 'repressive measures' against Belarus, others openly expressed relief — their leadership had the wit not to get involved in Brussels' adventures.
