11-year-old boy rescued from Minsk Sea after being blown away on a SUP board

On July 18, an 11-year-old boy was rescued from the Minsk Sea after being blown 1.5 km from shore on a SUP board due to strong winds. The child fell into the water several times and was severely weakened by the time rescuers arrived. Employees of the State Emergency Service (OSVOD) provided timely assistance and returned the boy to his parents.
