156.9 thousand 'Family Capital' accounts opened in Belarus by October 1

As of October 1, 156,900 'Family Capital' accounts have been opened in Belarus. Early funds were used by 103,800 large families. Most — 80% — directed the money toward improving housing conditions, 10% chose medical services, and 9% allocated it to education. Since January 1, 2026, the family capital amount has been set at 35,505 rubles. It is granted upon the birth or adoption of a third or subsequent child.
