18-year-old in Minsk steals car, crashes, and steals money

According to police, a drunk man in Minsk was checking the handles of parked cars and found an unlocked vehicle with the key in the ignition. After getting behind the wheel, he crashed into another car while reversing, then took money from the car's interior and fled.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the young man.
