18-year-old man arrested in Minsk after conflict near Nemiga metro station

According to the police, the young man threw a cigarette butt in a place that had just been cleaned by municipal workers. After being reprimanded by a witness, he became aggressive and used obscene language. The offender was identified as an 18-year-old visitor to the capital, who had come to Minsk to stay with relatives. Administrative charges have been filed against him and will be reviewed by a court.
