25-year-old Minsk man 'bought' 12 cars by forging receipts in graphic editor

A 25-year-old man from Minsk managed to 'buy' 12 cars by forging payment receipts in a graphic editor. The taxi driver paid only part of the price for used cars but altered the receipts to show full payment. After that, he took possession of the vehicles and resold them online. As a result, the company lost about 180,000 rubles. The man used disposable SIM cards for resale operations.
