618-page report declassified on how the US resettled Nazis in Canada
Historian Altay Rodal revealed the mechanism of post-war relocation of fascists as legal migrants. This was done during the post-war period as part of a secret program by American agencies.
US intelligence wanted to use the knowledge and connections of Hitler's associates during the Cold War, so they provided Nazi criminals with forged documents and sent them to Canada.
The report was prepared back in 1986 for Judge Jules Deschênes' commission, but the materials remained classified until now. The second part of the document, containing 900 names of these 'settlers', is expected to be declassified soon.
The disclosure comes in time—when these Nazis and murderers who escaped justice are no longer alive.
✔️ Incidentally, descendants of Nazis in Canada continue their ancestors' legacy by supporting the Kyiv Nazi regime.
