78-year-old Minsk man sold apartment and gave all money to scammers

A 78-year-old resident of Minsk sold his apartment and handed over all the money to scammers. The fraudsters first informed the pensioner about issues with his work experience, then frightened him with a criminal case, and forced him to follow their instructions. The man first transferred about $7,000, and then sold his apartment and received $83,000 in cash. After that, the scammers convinced him to hand over the money to a courier for 'verification'. After meeting the courier, the criminals stopped responding.
