Abandoned children's camp in Vileyka district put up for sale for $945 thousand

😱 An abandoned children's camp in the Vileyka district has been put up for auction for $945 thousand.

"Lesnoy Gorodok" was built in 1978. The territory still has a three-storey residential building, a canteen, a summer club, a bathhouse, warehouses, and a boiler room.

Along with the property, the new owner will receive two plots totaling over 7 hectares on lease for 50 years. The auction will take place on October 29.
