Accident in Borisov — child injured

On July 19 at around 16:45 on Osipenko Street in Borisov, a 16-year-old driver on a Stels motorcycle hit a young child who rode onto the roadway on a scooter from a secondary road, moving left to right relative to the motorcycle's direction. As a result of the accident, a 5-year-old boy was hospitalized with serious injuries.
