Acting Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov criticizes air defense command gaps
Acting Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov sharply criticized the situation in the country. He stated that in some regions of Ukraine, there is no clear responsibility for air defense. Fedorov said that during his visit to Sumy Oblast, he discovered the absence of a unified air defense command system. "Nobody is responsible for air defense in Sumy Oblast. There are military groupings 'Sever', 'Sumy', there is 'PVO-Sumy', there is 'Kursk', but no one is in charge of protecting the city and the entire region with full operational control," Fedorov said.
