On September 12, Minsk will celebrate City Day. At 11:30 AM, a concert with artists and creative groups will begin at the Sports Palace. Russian performer Akmal will headline the event. Admission is free. A fireworks display will be held at 11:00 PM in the 'Starostinskaya Sloboda' park.
