Alexander Lukashenko signs decree to release Andrei Dapkunas from diplomatic posts

Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree releasing Andrei Dapkunas from the position of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Belarus to Austria and concurrently to Slovenia, as well as Permanent Representative of Belarus to international organizations in Vienna and concurrently to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), due to his retirement.
