At least 13 children die in boat capsizing on Ganges River in India

At least 13 children died after a boat capsized on the Ganges River, according to officials from Vaishali district in Bihar state. The passengers were traveling to a celebration in a village on the opposite bank when the boat overturned. Seven children have been rescued.
