Authorities explained where dog tax money will go in Belarus

Funds from the dog tax will go to local budgets and will be used for building dog parks, animal sterilization, and opening shelters. Currently, the tax is 14 rubles per quarter, or 11.1 rubles in Minsk. Due to unregistered dogs, the budget loses about 3 million rubles annually.
