Belarus and Russia to soon sign rules for joint electricity market

Belarus and Russia will soon sign the rules for the operation of a common electricity market, announced Denis Moroz, Minister of Energy of Belarus. The countries plan to establish electricity exchange between enterprises of the two states. This is expected to increase the reliability and availability of electricity.
