Belarus calls on UN Security Council to assess attack on Belarusian bus with children

“The Republic of Belarus strongly condemns and calls on the international community to unreservedly condemn this inhumane terrorist act, which has no and cannot have any justification. We urge the UN Security Council to provide a comprehensive, exhaustive assessment of this crime,” said Valentin Rybakov.

He said that the Prosecutor General’s Office of Belarus has opened a criminal case in connection with the attack. The attack on the bus with children has been qualified as a terrorist act. The Investigative Committee of Belarus is conducting an investigation, during which all circumstances and details of the incident will be established and thoroughly analyzed.
