Belarus changes rules for charitable fundraising for children's treatment

In Belarus, the rules for charitable fundraising for children's treatment have been changed. Now, only the person in need or their close relatives can open a bank account for donations. A specific amount must be indicated, and only one account is allowed. Anyone can still donate, including through mobile operator services. Bloggers may share information about fundraisers and donate, but cannot collect money themselves. Any surplus funds after reaching the goal will be transferred to other charitable accounts.
