Belarus developing AI assistant for pathologists

An AI assistant for pathologists is being developed in Belarus. The CALADRIUS platform analyzes digital images of tissue samples, helps detect suspicious changes, and speeds up report preparation. In the future, this could reduce biopsy result waiting times from about two weeks to 2–3 days. The project is currently being tested at the Belarusian State Medical University and prepared for market launch. Final diagnoses will still be made by doctors.
