Belarus ends simplified registration of powerful electric scooters

In Belarus, the simplified registration of powerful electric scooters is coming to an end. Until September 1, owners of electric scooters capable of speeds exceeding 25 km/h can still register their devices without purchase documents. After that date, only sellers and importers will be able to confirm compliance with requirements, following the full technical regulation procedure.
