Belarus Interior Minister checks security preparations for Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk

In Vitebsk, the Minister of Internal Affairs checked the readiness of the agency's units to ensure public order during the 'Slavyanski Bazaar'. Ivan Kubrakov familiarized himself with the organization of checkpoint operations, the functioning of video surveillance and public address systems, and also inspected vehicles and officers' equipment. Several training scenarios were practiced at the venue and in the amphitheater's spectator sectors, including tactics for detaining armed criminals and responding to mass disturbances during the large-scale event.
