Belarus introduces fine for carrying children in arms in cars

As of June 19, carrying children in arms in a car is officially considered a violation of passenger transportation rules in Belarus. The offense carries a fine of up to 1 base unit.

The changes took effect alongside updates to the Administrative Offenses Code and the Rules for the Admission of Vehicles to Operation.
