Belarus may ban outdoor advertising of gambling establishments

The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) has developed a draft law to ban outdoor advertising of gambling establishments and gambling. The draft has been sent for coordination. Advertisements will also be required to include a warning that winnings are not guaranteed and there is a risk of financial loss. The ban will not apply to signs on transport, bus stops, stations, shopping centres, stores, food service establishments, and apartment buildings.
