Belarus' minimum consumer budget to rise from November 1

From November 1, the minimum consumer budget in Belarus will increase. The average per capita minimum consumer budget will amount to 535.70 rubles and will remain in effect until January 31, 2027. Following this, child benefits, pension supplements, social pensions, and some other payments will also increase.
