Belarus Plans to Allow Pregnant Women to Take Leave for Mandatory Medical Check-ups

Pregnant women in Belarus may soon be allowed to take time off work for mandatory medical examinations. Such a provision is proposed to be included in the Labour Code. Currently, legislation does not provide for release from work during mandatory medical check-ups.
