Belarus PM meets with Uzbekistan's president

This meeting continues the talks held in February this year during the Belarusian prime minister's visit to Uzbekistan. At that time, the head of the Belarusian government and the president of Uzbekistan discussed key areas of bilateral cooperation. Today's meeting provides an opportunity to align positions and discuss the progress in implementing previously reached agreements.

Belarus highly values its close, friendly relations with Uzbekistan. Positive dynamics in trade turnover and active advancement of joint projects are noted.

Preparations are nearing completion for the third Forum of Regions of Belarus and Uzbekistan. The event promises to be rich in establishing new partnerships and signing agreements.
