Belarus President proposes joint projects and visa simplification with the Philippines

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, on behalf of his compatriots and personally, congratulated Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Independence Day. He proposed implementing joint projects and simplifying the visa regime between the two countries.
