Belarus President Signs Decree on Development of Agroecotourism

The President of Belarus has signed a Decree 'On the Development of Agroecotourism'.

The document approves the Regulation on the procedure for providing services in the field of agroecotourism.

To support this sector, the Regulation extends preferential lending for agroecotourism entities by OAO 'Belagroprombank' indefinitely.

It removes lending limits for agroecotourism operators and increases the term of loan agreements: from five to seven years for agricultural organizations and from seven to ten years for individuals.

Support approaches for regions distant from large population centers are changed by allowing payment of a special fee (rate from January 1, 2026 — 45 rubles) instead of taxes.

Additionally, the conditions for providing agroecotourism services are updated, increasing the number of residential rooms in agroecofarms to 15 and expanding the list of services offered.
