Belarus President Signs Law on Amendments to Legislation on Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism

The President of Belarus has signed the Law "On Amendments to Laws on Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism." The document provides adjustments to several laws to bring them in line with Presidential Decree No. 329 of September 10, 2025, "On Improving State Management in the Field of Tourism," as well as with law enforcement practice.

In particular, the law clarifies the goals and priorities of state regulation aimed at transforming the tourism sector from a social to an economic one. It formalizes the powers of the recently established National Tourism Agency.

The procedure for forming and maintaining the register of entities engaged in tourism activities is changed. The list of entities authorized to act as advertisers of social advertising is expanded.
